The location was magnificent and perfect, for example, a train station was next to the venue. You could walk to shopping centres and chemist's.

Handy location short walk to the station and local to M42, functional and en suite rooms. The breakfast at 9.20am.

Good and absolutely perfect location, just a walk down to everywhere. Air conditioning and a hair dryer in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

The hotel was in a marvellous location adjacent to the shops before heading home, local shopping bars and restaurants, and a number of restaurants. And it was at a walking distance from Prezzo, ate there couple of times. ...  

The place was clean and bright, had very well mannered and lovely friendly staff on shift. The room was good standard with very comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was good and perfect, for example, Forge Mill Needle Museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Didn't like the area, it was disgusting.

The breakfast I had was inclusive and very good with toast, mushrooms and then 4 cooked items.

The location was perfect and marvellous, close enough to West Midlands safari park, local restaurants and city centre where there are plenty restaurants.

overall had really good stay for 1 night. a double room we stayed at was high-class with air conditioning. the staff were smart and efficient all the time. there was a pleasant restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

Extremely convenient and good standard place, it has fantastic friendly staff on shift. The room is a decent size, newly remodelled comes with good breakfast, hot drinks, as example. The location is excellent and unbeatable, 10 minutes' walk to The Trico Stadium.
